This is to my cousin Roger Lopez
Who was had the greatest capacity to love
Who loved every one with all that he could
And Who was loved by every one he touched
He Died today August fist 2005 he was thirty two
He will be missed and will always be loved

I know that from the moment we are born
We all begin to die
Some of us live long lives
Some of us die young
Today I lost someone
Very dear to me and very special
So this is to you Roger
I love you man always will
I loved you so much in this life
And will the same in the next

I wish all the right words
Would come to me right now
As I try and write this for you
I know how much you loved my poems
I wish I could hear you play
That song you wrote for me again
I wish I see your face again
How you always use to smile
You had wings before you died
And every one could see them
That is why we all loved you so
I have never cried this much in my life
Not when my grandfather died
Because I did not know him
How I knew you
I knew since the day I was born
And still remembered how
You use to argue with my brother
Over who had named me after John Lennon
No one ever really won
I wish I had the chance to say goodbye
And am happy I did not miss the chance
To give you one last kiss on your brow
On that handsome head of yours
I wish I did not cry so much
I know its not what you would have wanted
I am sad that you will never read this
But I am putting in your casket with you
For if you ever have a chance
I am going to miss you so much
I wish I could write more about you
But nothing comes to mind
And I had thought this out
On the way home and
Everything I just forgot
I love you Roger for always
