~*Fair Stars All In White*~...Sue & Billy

"Oh you!" ..the moon that caresses the evening sky
With it's soft and luminous paradise,
How may the wind drive
One pain away:
"By patience or sacrifice
In the midst of this starlit night "
From deep below
I lay my head against my pillow
To hear a lost soul's bitter cry,
My eyes so heavy they fall to rest.
Silent moments slowly creep up,
Evoking the burdens in my chest
And still I find nothingness.
Alas! It was through me, she fell..
What's the price bitterness may buy;
Some passing dreams paused in flight,
Poised like fair stars all in white
With piercing pity in thine eyes?
"Ah woe!" he said.. that joy and peace
Comes, but at a price!
For thoughts that wail will never cease-
Though thou hast gone to paradise!
