Pure Intents and Purer Soul

Pure intents and purer soul,
Unmarked conscience and freeform mold,
One plate shifts while the other holds,
A second's friction makes a decade's hole.
What once was innocent
Hardens in premature form.
In the dawn of bitterness,
The child goes to war.
The hatred of hate
Recognizes its hypocrisy far too late.
Evening falls as the child waits,
The souls will collide in common traits.
Hatred cuts the earth a canal,
Evil trickles through with its poison.
As the child steps to cross,
The river widens.
At last the child succeeds,
With only a fractured mind and scraped knees.
What awaits them again is the power of Hatred,
Of which the child does not fear.
They draw their swords
As their ultimate fate draws near.
