What do I see within myself
nothing, but a sad little girl on a sad little hill
I never understand what to do
but to cry and cry
and with every step I take
the light seems to grow dimmer
I don't know where I am
I can't find my way out
Am I to be a prisoner in here
to be teased and tortured for eternity
I need help, I don't know what to do
I am scared, lonely,and trapped
Trapped within myself
What is it I hear when I call for help
nothing, nothing but my empty echo
I am alone, I call out, but no one answers
I am living a life that I should not have
the only thing I feel is

The Emptiness in Me
What do I see within myself
nothing, but a sad little girl on a sad little hill
I never understand what to do
but to cry and cry
