Blood that sustains me

The taste of pure ecstasy, my heart given flight.
For how long I had hungered for this very night.
The countess’ daughter, a rare radiant catch.
On the bed she awaited, my obedient letch .

Revealing my fangs, of bright ivory color,
White and pure like the snows of the distant November.
Running my fingers through the flowing red hair.
Gently pulling it back, until her pale neck was bare.

Caressing the point of carnivorous intent;
My teeth plunged in deep, her fragrant neck bent.
The crimson blood trickled down her elegant skin.
Tainted by lust, this addiction of sin.

My thirst became quenched as her life slipped away.
A cold ravaged corpse, where her body once lay.
Every trickle of blood, every ounce of it drawn.
Restoring my power for the upcoming dawn.
