a girl from out of my dreams.
First time I saw her it just seemed,
beauty queen had to be mine, Ms. So Fine.

Beauty queen age of only 18,
unlike other girls dirty and mean.
Beauty in her eyes telling no lies,
color brown of truth, eyes innocent from her youth.

First time we spoke I stuttered and stumbled,
couldn't think of any words ashamed i fumbled
Sad and beaten looked up to see her smile,
confused in what she saw in my style.
Impressed by my effort she gave me her number,
even though chances were greatly outnumbered.
She was a beauty queen I didn't fit her scene,
beautiful in and out seen and unseen.
Now you wonder why I doubted myself,
highschool loser insecure about myself.
Never felt this way about a girl,
on my mind 24/7 this precious pearl.
Afraid to call not knowing what to say
sat by my phone the entire day.
Did nothing made no move,
afraid that she would'nt approve.

But now I know how she felt,
thinking of me made her melt.
She spent the entire day too,
waiting by her phone waiting for you.
But you never made a move,
thinking whats there to prove.
You never took a chance,
leaving her by the phone.
And at the party not asking her to dance,
going home alone.
Your insecurity let her slip,
now use this as a future tip.

Give love a chance dont doubt,
never know what can amount.
She loved you back,
even though you thought you lacked.
Lacked style, skill, and game,
and now all she knows is your name.
You didnt take a chance,
one of my failures to help you advance.

You lost the beauty queen of your dreams,
lifes greatest lesson. ***** self-esteem!
