Knight in Shining Armor Date: Sunday, 3rd June 2007 @ 02:21:33 PM AEST Topic: Sad Poetry Contributed By: deadheadpoet I want to wander away if only in my mind a luscious green valley and crystal river I'll find Grass thick and greener than I've ever seen before Trees so tall and majestic reach high from the forest floor I follow a path of stones that through the woods meander moss lines the path like carpet to bare feet... feels so tender Twisting around rock cliff walls Seeing birds wing so high Breathing fresh clean air Lost in a clear blue sky Hiking freely with the wind the fortress walls I finally reach Ancient stone of the castle and I...we finally meet Who abides inside these walls? Who is the keeper of the key?
