Bleeding Black

My heart is bleeding
pouring blackness down my feet
In these waning hours of early morn
seeking... but never finding any sleep
Loneliness abounds
so thick a knife couldn't pierce
Clouds of pain succumb me
suffocating me with something fierce
Like a disease which has sought me out
one that seems to have no cure
It seeps into the souls of thee
whose heart was once so pure
The blackened blood surrounds
swallowing me in serum thick
No longer can I see the surface
no longer do I hear the clock tick
Death it has overcome me
internally eaten... leaving this shell
Hollowness is what I walk with
in this heart and mind of hell
