When you're drunk there’s no factor of fear,
My name drifts away even before anyone ‘bout it talks.

I’ve never been to anyone as hard as rum,
Never have I stunk as pungent as grog.
People don’t know the tribulations I’ve overcome,
I’ve never been as cunning as a fox or as slimy as a frog.

Sometimes I remain like vodka lost and unknown,
Sometimes like a cocktail vivid and bright.
Sometimes I’m like tequila which leaves grown men blown,
I’ve done every possible drink, trying to sleep through the night.

Like the froth in a mug of beer,
Like ice cubes in whisky on the rocks.
When you're drunk there’s no factor of fear,

Sometimes I’m like tequila which leaves grown men blown,
I’ve done every possible drink, trying to sleep through the night.
