I have no ______ life except
The one I create in my head.
And even in that one I’m not the hero
Or even the sidekick.

I’m the arsonist,
The bomber,
The terrorist,
The destroyer.

Nothing good can come from something
That everyone sees as good.
We don’t know what’s right for us,
But I don’t either.

Despite that,
I’ll tell you I know what’s up.
But I don’t have a _____ clue.
Except in the life I create.

Sweet intrapersonal glory
Expressed in an extroverted way.

Arguing amongst myself
As I disprove all that I believe in,
Then prove to you I still believe in it.
Because I’m right and you’re wrong.

Because I’m smart enough to know what’s going on.
I’m just that much more intelligent.
It’s all becoming clear now. So I guess it’s settled then.
I have no ______ life except
The one I create in my head.
