A balance of the tide
There is nowhere to hide
Now that I have lied

I have lost all my ties
With her vision in my eyes
To regret all those lies
That got so many highs

I cannot resist her charm
To keep her from harm
Her touch on my arm
Gave a feeling of calm

And when she is near
I lose all my fear
Her whisper I can hear
When she calls me dear

My heart she has bent
With the smell of her scent
I always will relent
For in heaven I am spent

The powder is fine
She will always be mine
Tonight I dine
My addiction to the line

A shadow by my side
A balance of the tide
There is nowhere to hide
Now that I have lied

I have lost all my ties
With her vision in my eyes
To regret all those lies
That got so many highs

I cannot resist her charm
To keep her from harm
Her touch on my arm
Gave a feeling of calm

And when she is near

Her whisper I can hear

My heart she has bent
With the smell of her scent
I always will relent
For in heaven I am spent

The powder is fine
She will always be mine
Tonight I dine
My addiction to the line
