on the tip-top
of the Fall tree
hidden crow caws
better that eat crow
black feathers
stuck in the teeth
thus my Queendom
that quickens
and can't sleep
another moon
risen night full
and & white
like crone-pocked
face almost tasting
hallucinate bright
chaos
something I dreamt?
a whispering of cold
and rain
and one bare tree.

dawn waits
on the tip-top
of the Fall tree
hidden crow caws
better that eat crow
black feathers
stuck in the teeth
thus my Queendom
that quickens
and can't sleep
another moon
risen night full
and & white
like crone-pocked
face almost tasting
hallucinate bright
chaos
something I dreamt?
a whispering of cold
and rain
and one bare tree.
