Games a man plays with my heart!

I’m trying to let go of you.
I sleep without your thoughts on my wrist.
I don’t pick up the phone thinking it’s you.
I try not to smile when you go by.

But it’s not working.
You stare intently at my house.
Say we’d match 95%.
Talk about me,
But barely to me.

You are the one playing games.
I’m only the game board.
It used to be me playing the game.
You used to be my game board.
Somehow I lost.
Let’s not let you win.
If you lose, you get me.
