stupid girl

there are movements between the silence
paper shuffled, cobwebs whispering shadows
to the light
dangerous scribbling & female breath
hard. . . uuhhhh, smudge
erasing. . . tap. . . tap. . .
tap. . .
there is no standing pose, lackadaisy
just female canvas, inked
casually inked
into an embrace,
sleepwalking. . . conceptualizing joy
& evolution into 10,000 words or less
a morning spent staring out at empty birdhouses
the breath of winter at the door
with no point of imagination
quite empty, & silent
myself. . .
unfortunate thing. . . butterfly precipise. . .
like a girl in a gallery
dumbstruck by beauty. . . just out of reach
silver morpheus. . . morning butterfly. . .
ssshhhhhh. . . shh. . . shh. . .
I'm working, here
