foolishly,
as I normally do.

Because I thought,
there was,
a chance for us.

I was mistaken.

How could I believe,
that I could,
be happily in love.

I should have known,
like always,
that I mean nothing.

Because I was mistaken.

So I live on,
for another,
lonesome, depressed, miserable day.

Things would be,
different if,
I would have never fooled myself.
