It appears that chance has afforded me another opportunity to seize that which I seek.
The aim before me; one whom I find to be humorous, alluring, and unique.
The words which pass between us, earnest and frolicsome, seem to come with ease.
Already kindred souls, the potential presents such a tease.

I so long to pursue, but yet refrain, fearing another broken heart I would sustain.
A second fear too I have.
The fear of allowing this possibility to pass.
I stand betwixt the two, knowing not what to do.

Yet, the pursuit of bliss is exactly that, a pursuit.
One can not acquire this by standing still.
I must engage my desire, however frightful.
There is always a hint of danger in every thrill.

Prudently I shall tread forward, believing the risk is worth the reward.
For I see the treasure ahead, and it is something definitely inspiring to move toward.
Will I secure love?
Who is to say.
Whatever end, I shall revel along it's way. I find myself confronted by the dread of a wounded heart.

I must engage my desire, however frightful.
There is always a hint of danger in every thrill.

Prudently I shall tread forward, believing the risk is worth the reward.
