Contributed By: elle
I had a thought of you, today
a tiny, lovely thing
a pleasure
briefer than salvation
more remedial than rest
beyond the gloom
of endings. . .
of edges with sharp names
& in my mind
you thought of me
& all our in betweens
with lips, smile-parted
hoped filled. . . light hearted
with eyes that held no pain
