It Would Be Easy

If humans had wings,
Would we be able to fly ?
If this world had peace,
would we be able to rest ?
If our bodies were made of steel,
Would we be fragile and weak ?
If our hearts were made of concrete,
Would it still be able to break ?
Questions I ask, every morning I wake up.
Where's the smile I used to have ?
now it seems so made up
I try to look on the bright side,
But I can't see it anymore
I don't wanna lose hope,
But I know nothing will change after those storms
If humans didn't have tears,
Would we still be able to cry ?
If this world wasn't so cruel,
Would we be able to live in justice ?
If there was no love, no hate,
Would it be normal or boring to live ?
If our hearts weren't our source of pain
Would we still be pained ?
Questions, but no answers
It wander in my head, searching for a solution
Searching for a settlement
Where's the smile I used to have ?
Now it seems so made up
I try to look on the bright side,
But I can't see it anymore
I don't wanna lose hope,
But I know nothing will change after those storms
What if we were emotionless ?
What if we were heartless ?
And things were all so pointless ?
And our feelings so numb and senseless ?
What if we're so crazy ?
It wouldn't of been so hazy
And if we were so weird,
Wouldn't it be so easy ?
Life would of been so easy.
