This is as numb as I will ever get,
I barely feel a thing when I think of how we met,
It's not that I don't want to heal,
It's more that I won't let myself feel.

This is as lost as I will ever be,
Nothing seems right without you and me,
All I can think about is how we were,
Streaming 'round my head until it's all a blur.

This is as low as I will ever sink,
Falling down until it's too hard to think,
I wish I was back where I belong,
In your arms, whispering our song.

This is as much as I will ever love,
Hoping that someday it will be enough,
Holding onto dreams that just won't come true,
Holding onto anything 'cause I'm in love with you.
