Do you call for help to mend the knee? Do you dare to make a sound?
Then you wonder why you can scream and cry...without notice from passers-by?
Hands clenched in rage, yes you damn the names of those who knocked you down.

Or do you lift yourself, do you nurse to health your broken will of past?
Do you rise and learn there are hearts that burn, of passion, of love, at last?
Are you the hand that helps this man, as he struggles to his feet?
Or are you the man that holds him down, to the gutters of the street?
The world, it does not stop turning, when you've fallen to the ground.

This world does not stop turning when you've fallen to the gound.
