[hometext] =>
[bodytext] => Two cords are dangled from his ears,
If he breaths his does not hear-
The play of nymphs among the trees,
Their everlasting jubilee
Bold and Free
His head bows in reverence to the flickering screen.
What fractured life we all will lead,
Lead in time to binary beats
Pointless feats and forlorn streets
We may live but do we bleed?
We know so much we know it all
We know so much we all have stalled
Aimless, lost, ere’ unknown
Why reap what’s bought-
Take what’s sown
When all is known and known and known
And Thrown
Shattered thus we sweep the floor
Sore but bored
And so the cord contrives its lore
What’s lost is gained in numb decor
