is like tiny fireflies seen through the glass surface
my arms hang low just like a doll
my neck is broken and I cannot stand up
the roaring noise inside my head
feels like an ocean pouring inside my ears
the noise returns and so i drown again
and again and again and again
floating down, spinning around
colored glass shards look like the ocean fish
the light hits the surface, I make a face.
I try to smile, and I drown again [comments] => 3 [counter] => 148 [topic] => 73 [informant] => plasticherry [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => abstract ) Your Poetry Dot Com - Doll's whisper

the faint light of lonely windows in the distance
is like tiny fireflies seen through the glass surface
my arms hang low just like a doll
my neck is broken and I cannot stand up
the roaring noise inside my head
feels like an ocean pouring inside my ears
the noise returns and so i drown again
and again and again and again
floating down, spinning around
colored glass shards look like the ocean fish
the light hits the surface, I make a face.
I try to smile, and I drown again
