This time in my life is about to end
For everything around me
Is changing
In many unique ways
Some good some bad
Either way
Change is coming

I did all I could to
Beaten the odds
Faced my fears
Even made
A friend along the way

Everything is packed
My path is set
Even my flight is correct
This time

So now I must say
To all my friends
Thank you for everything and being there for me

As I walk out the door
I stop and look back
And smile a hug smile
And say
I did it I have done the impossible
And walk away
with my head held high and open arms
To welcome my new life

My nerves are shot
My heart won't stop racing
My eyes are being to tear up

This time in my life is about to end
