I wish I could understand what changed him,
What could have made him so mad.
Was it her a coming, or me leaving,
I knew that for you it is sad.

You will feel many more broken hearts,
Keep your heart young as long as you may.
Because young hearts are stronger hearts,
But baby it will get easier day to day. I know that you feel your heart breaking,
I know that you hurt everywhere.
