[hometext] => It doesn't really have a consistent scheme or pattern. It was just my thoughts, I guess.
[bodytext] => Everything feels like rubber, as I try to leave this place.
Nothing is balanced, and escape seems a foolish dream.
Everything is upside down, backwards, and inside out.
I don't even know where to begin dissecting it.
Nothing here could be alive or real.
It's just a land of ash and decay
And all I can do is dangle, and blow in the wind
because you're not here to untangle me from this mess
Knowing that you love me is all I need to breathe
It helps the fog of this place start to thin
Seeing your smiling face lighting up at the end
of this dark place helps me to finally escape
My life is a dream, but the kind where you're lost
Not the kind where you laugh, or the kind where you scream
Or the kind where you row, row, row a boat gently down a stream.
Just a typical, suffocating dream.
In the beginning, it was hard for me to see
That the place I was trying to escape... was me
