As my day draws to its end.
The things of this world drive me round the bend.
But on my knees before God I go.
Thank you father the road You show.
You gave me strength to keep calm.
And not want to crush someone like a bug in my palm.
You filled my heart with compassion to reach out my hand.
Come my friend let me help you stand.
You filled my heart with love so gentle.
To look at my brother and not be judgmental.
You opened my eyes and cleared my mind.
That anger would not come and make me blind.
Thank you Father for the road you show.
Tomorrow will be blessed I know.
