Is like a day gone by
But you never accept the day
Because the day hasn't started.

You wanted to be on top of it all
Only to think you could never fall
So much for that plan
Right?

The day your foot is suddenly gone
Is the day I am to be found
Don't be so profound
When your soul is sent to the pound

You live in a cage
See how easy it is
You flip it, but can never turn the page
And you could rip it
Or you could flip it on yourself.
