You're tired, cant hide it anyway
Another all nighter? Forget it
Since daytime will show its unbearable

Dead as a door nail you tend to look
Your eyes are begging to just shut
I look over and see you are trapped
In a world where battles and points make up life
I admire your hobbies I really do
But it seems they have entirely consumed you

No wonder our pep seems to have dwindled
Sleep is for the weak? Looks like your time is up
Hit the pillow, drop the control, drift off into dreamland
For your beloved will be wide awake
When the sun rises and her day has just begun
Please do not let my only companion be
The sky above or the blazing sun [comments] => 2 [counter] => 138 [topic] => 75 [informant] => Deidra_Carmichael [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => anguished ) Your Poetry Dot Com - Tired
