When darkness falls

upon you with hate

Remember WHO calls

you into an eternal state

For HIS enemies abound

and they will hate you too

In the End GOD will astound

That Devil and his lowly crew

It is my hope that some

Who hate me will yet come

To know Jesus and be saved

Breaking free no longer enslaved

Yes when it is all said and done

only those who have come to the One

will live for eternity because of HIM

the rest follow their master and his whim

Yes, when that eternal darkness falls

the Evil will then end all its brawls

As it is thrown into a waiting pit of fire

for a time not fulfilling all its Evil desire

For people who have Jesus as Lord

For people who have Jesus as Savior

They will know this by reading the WORD

Prepared they should never waver

So when darkness does come to fall

Be sure you have answered God's call

Give your life, your soul, your All

Live for God's Son Jesus through it all.

When Darkness Falls By Fred M. Lassonde

When darkness falls

upon you with hate

Remember WHO calls

you into an eternal state
