Took my work home, silly me; old computer, new CD
Put it in the little track; but my Mac won’t give it back!

Called a tech with lots of clout; still it wouldn’t spit it out!
Diagnosis? I’ll be damned; the fool-proof mechanisms jammed.

Guess they built a better fool. Ill need a tech with special tools!
And since my begging won’t attract it, I must pay them to extract it!

PCs may have viruses, But Macs it seem desire us;
To realize they are just machines, who long to join the PC scene!

Laying wait, ignoring me, till three days out of warranty!
It finally occurred to me, machines have no longevity!

Ten years old and obsolete! Lets thank our lucky stars my sweets;
That humans, though besieged with strife; keep their warranty for life!
