at this moment
I am
listening
to creepy eerie sounds,
I shiver and shake
as something
slowly
pull my covers down.

I hear whispering voices
although I am alone,
In the shadows
I can see
something
silently undulating
and I am feeling a dark presence
as I shiver involuntarily.

The bed starts to shake
and my sanity is cracking
as a unknown force holds me down,
I struggle and scream
I shout
but no sounds come out of my mouth.

Shadows dance on the wall
and something
creeps across the creaky wooden floor
I start to run
and It feels like I am moving
in slow motion
and
I am not moving at all.

Fear has taken over
as I realize
this is no dream
the entity is in control now
I can barely breathe
and I
and I can only move my eyes. With my eyes

I am
listening
