Somewhere, that cant be found
Forever it may be lost
In the underground
I sold my soul
Without a care
One minute, it was apart of me
The next, it was there
I fear i may never
Get my soul back
For it wasn/'/t trust that i needed
It was faith that i lacked
I didn/'/t trust in the word
That he spoke from his mouth
I didnt have faith in myself,
For i have no doubt
He sees my life
In the palms of his hands
The happiness, the downfalls
All of his plans
He gave me free will
To live my life alone
But without him
I/'/d have nowhere to go
No dreams, no hopes
No ambition in life
No one to hold my head above water
Strangling me with worldly strife
All i know is
That he/'/ll take me back
For he loves all his children
Even the ones who lack
I plan to love him
By faith, and trust in his word
So i can can get my soul back
And cut the cord
Decline the buyer,
And seller deal
The underground has no hold on me
My faith is sealed

I lost my soul
Somewhere, that cant be found
Forever it may be lost
In the underground
I sold my soul
