Who never blush or tattle tale on who did what with who!

Has someone ever told you what you didn’t want to know?
(Its totally embarrassing and must be said just so)
About the lipstick on your teeth, or the zipper that was slipping?
Did the THANK YOU through clenched teeth resemble velcro ripping?

Having fallen down in public, why do we. insist
in looking round, in hopes of finding no one noticed it?
Yet break a bone, were on the phone, writhing loud in pain.
Calling all who saw us fall; for our insurance claim.

Compete and win? Now theres a sin we heartily deny.
With lowered nose, embedded toe, and sad complacent sighs.
Its rude to win, and to begin, we must apologize.
Losers get the sympathy. Soon winners realize;
That were the injured party, which comes as no surprise.
Thats the cost; the best man lost; Next time, compromise.

How swiftly we dodge compliments, like bullets from a gun!
Whenever were accused of being better than someone.
But speak ill of a friend of ours, - now theres an education!
Gossips always hearty stuff to poke at reputations!

We carry mace and apps to trace our whereabouts to all;
While hiding out with nature to escape society’s call!
We claim to love our privacy; and dont take passwords lightly!
Without a clue of who were playing with on Facebook nightly.

Among all of Gods creatures, we live more from the heart;
Than any other species; and that sets us apart.
At least a humans mind can change if arguments are smart.

But having tried to reason with a mountain lions plan,
I think you may conclude despite the foolishness at hand;
That in the end mans best friend may, after all, be man!
