are people stupid
or is it lie
when they talk to you
can they look in your eye
when you play dumb
the dumb come to you
they connive they lie they enjoy to construe

so i play dumb and i watch theyre pathetic game
all i can do is look and think shame
is that what your lifes come to
just to lie and to cheat
or are you really that sad
its the only way you can compete
to do unto others, what should they expect you to do
play dumb notice the dumb, theyll soon come to you

your mischief, your ways
ive seen it all before
ive wrote it in poetry which lays trodden on the floor
its where you belong down there in the gutter
you lie you cheat, like its your bread and butter
well butter me this when i look at your games
your bring nothing to yourself but unadulted shame
your to dumb to notice, that others notice you
you lie you cheat you connive and construe

i listen and listen to what you say
if i believed you ,then you would lead me astray
but you carry on digging to get a reaction
i wont give you that satisfaction

i see people like you each and every day

the best thing about it
is i know i what you do
your a liar , that cheats and trys to construe
the problem is when people like me catch you
well ill just keep quiet and i will stay true
play dumb notice the dumb it will come back on you

looking back i laugh, you/'/ve been lying longer than the neck of a giraffe
is nothing more that i can say or do
you/'/ve done to much for me to ever trust you
play dumb notice the dumb for if only i cared
but instead ill just listen and no longer be there
you messed it up and now people understand
