like a snake

to find the food
to feed ones mind

one has to pay
for ones bubble
will quickly decay

And instinctively
we know
so the fetus
of curiosity

Is aborted

Dragged out
kicking and screaming
by it/'/s neck
vaccinated
against intent
to become nothing
but a shadow
