I am falling fast
into a whirlpool that is surrounding me.
Like an avalanche it began small
and escalated.
Slowly rising
to a piek
and I can't say no.
I can't hold back.
It's just to easy
now that I know how.
I just have to.
Help me.
I can't controle it.
What the hell,
here goes
the tears
down
my
eyes.
Up
my
throat.
Out
and
gone.
It's gone.
Thank god.
It's out of me,
once again.
It's just so easy.
It's just too hard,
to defeat my mind
that tells me it's ok

Can somebody help me?
I am falling fast
