Leave me alone

Cry for the effects
Weep for that which you'll never own

Gasp for breath as your lungs begin to fail
Squeeze my hand and you die

Breaking down and you avoid my face
Look into darkness and spread your lie

Losing never rewarded like this
You step away and I send the pain below

I smile as I fade into shadows
Feelings more than you'll ever know

Stronger than the weakest link
Lights brighter than the darkest fade

I'm walking away
Smile at the thoughts and you wished I would have stayed

Darkness impenetrable darkness
Leave me alone

Cry for the effects
Weep for that which you'll never own

Gasp for breath as your lungs begin to fail
Squeeze my hand and you die

Breaking down and you avoid my face
Look into darkness and spread your lie

Losing never rewarded like this
You step away and I send the pain below

I smile as I fade into shadows
Feelings more than you'll ever know

Stronger than the weakest link
Lights brighter than the darkest fade

I'm walking away
Smile at the thoughts and you wished I would have stayed
