One last look at the night,
One more glance into a mirror,
to be repulsed at the sight.

Tonight is my final night,
I won't see day ever again,
It seems that being ugly
wasn't my only scarlet sin.

Too fat, too dumb, just not right,
I couldn't fit in at all,
I spent so many hours sitting
just waiting for someone to call.

I lived, I love and all for naught,
I didn't receive one single thanks,
If good deeds really earned me points,
I'd be among the highest angels' ranks.

Still No calls, no cards, no outstretched arms,
No one to hold a light for me,
So to the world now one kiss goodbye,
And Through my death I'll be seen.
