The wind in my face
As the sun goes down.
My heart begins to race
When I look to the ground.

I step to the brim.
There's no going back.
My gace is grim
As I let my body go slack.

My eyes, I close.
And start to fall.
It's death I chose.
Above all.

When again I see,
I dont believe.
It's you I see.
Here for me.

I sink into your arms
sobbing tears of relief.
How close I came to such harm
Also tears of grief.

That I thought I could leave you
In this world deprived of love.
That I could abandon you
To forever fly like a dove.

Now you hold me close.
Wraped in your arms so tight.
Erasing all my sorrows,
Making everything right.
