I will miss your hugs,
it was just yesterday night I my dreams you gave me a hug.

I will miss those intimate moments,
now I will yarn for a lifetime for those intimate moments.

You have moved on,
but I couldn’t be there even to see you move on.

What do I have of you?
those photographs of yours are the only things that I have of you.

I will miss you everyday,
but life has to move on day by day.

Things will never be the same without you,
I never ever got a chance to tell you how much I love you.

I wish I could have been there for your marriage,
but circumstances played a game in which I lost and
couldn’t be there for your marriage.

Our relationship wasn’t a stonewall,
due to which one might face a fall.

Is this the end?
What about the promises we made to each other to stand by till the very end?

I am sorry I couldn’t make it,
I know I can never compensate for it.

I will miss you in every breath I take,
everything I do,
because I know in life’s game now I have nothing at stake.

I will miss hearing from you,
