Fear has no boundaries, in the vile of night.
Hearts beating relentless now, Gasp! Alas!
Run faster! Yet motion quells my plight.

Monolith stalking, with gaited steps, he
Brings terrors within a torturers soul.
Fragmented features from which we will bleed.
Horrors’ will, beseeched upon depths of my own.

Courage come to me now! Glass broken shards.
Will is mine to yield the night! Monster back!
Impudence face this quandary that hell imparts.
Bring me to morning’s light awake and intact!

Rise and be counted, day is mine again.
All nightmares are gone when the sun steps in.

In darkness shroud I am covered in glass.
