Tonight's the night.
I know what I have to do.
I spent all day figuring out what I'd say,
what I'd do. . .
and I've finally stopped crying long enough
to aquire some form of courage.
God, what am I going to do
when I see the pain in his eyes?
Am I even going to able to talk?
What if I start to cry again?
What if I break down?
No...i have to do this.
I have to let him go.
I can't pretend anymore.
I can't deny these feelings inside of me...
that aren't for him...
I have to go...wish me luck...
------------------------------------------------------------------------
I just got off the phone with her.
She sounded alittle upset...
maybe she just misses me.
She coming over now..and I can't wait.
Tonight's the night...I'm going to tell her.
I mean, she knows I love her...
but she is everything to me...my world...
and I never had the courage to tell her...
But I want her to know.
My heart won't let me keep it from her anymore.
She's my muse, my love, my angel.
And she's walking to my door.
Everything inside of me jumps with nervous excitement
in just one glace of her brown hair, her dark eyes.
God, she's beautiful.
She's knocking on my bedroom door now...
I open it expecting to see her magical smile...
but I see she's been crying.
Oh, God...it breaks my heart to see tears
leak from her glistening eyes.
Oh, God...just let me hold her...
let me make everything alright...please...
I wrap my arms around her
and feel her clasp hers around me.
"Just one more moment...everything will be fine...God, I love you" I whisper.
"Just one more moment..." she says back to me....as she pulls away....
