Fading Away Date: Monday, 1st November 2004 @ 08:42:52 PM AEST Topic: Sad Poetry Contributed By: KSUHO11 Fading Away It’s been so long Been so long since I’ve seen your face Felt your lips pressed against my lips Your naked body entwined with mine It's as if you never come back I know I must be patient The memories seem to be all that I have Pictures, notes, and talking on the phone is what’s left We try to make it work But we end up in a fight We deal with consequences Even though things have permanently changed I can feel us fading All we have become is fading away Have to fight, never give up on us We will not go quietly I love you; we will stay Lets not fade away.
