Alone in my dark

People who think their alone.
In who they are and what they aren't
Their wrong.
I hurt the same .
You look at some one and think you see their life.
Perfect and Simple,
All they have are their stupid worries.
Yours are deeper.
Hurt harder.
They have what you want.
They just don’t see it.
Alone.
We are all alone
Alone in the crowded room.
You can pull someone next to you.
So your not alone.
But you are.
I just want what I can’t have.
Desire what everyone wants, and gets.
But I sit in the shadows and wait.
Afraid of getting hurt.
Afraid of life outside my darkness.
Won’t let anyone in.
Sit alone.
People are there,
but it doesn’t seem to matter
I feel I'm always alone
Are you there
Can you hear me.
What I desire has become what I need.
Consumed my mind and covered it in darkness
What I wanted the most won’t go away.
I would rather be loved and betrayed,
Then never loved at all.
Yet I stay hidden in the shadows,
Afraid of the life outside my darkness.
