You glisten in me all the time,
my bright star,------
-------an angel, wingless tho,
we fly to worlds away
---------so far------------

I hold your hand in dreams of you,
my treasures kept,------
---------as precious gems-------and spoken love
my jewellery box filled while ---------
---------I slept--------

I listen for your laughing song
a windless chime-----
----the lover's dance----and timeless notes,
that echo our slow waltz ----
-----in time----

For now, I'll love in message sent
in billet - doux------
----I'll wrap my heart----in spirit's arms
and weep to hide myself------
----in you----
