Crushing velvet through my fingertips,
A muted sigh errupes from her lips,
A tangled mix of emotion and words,
I feel no remorse, for this life I've just cursed,
I'm feeling helpless, brave and alive,
A commanding presence as I drew tears from her eyes,
Her screams of pain, her angonising cries
Music so soft,
Music that numbs
Music that horrifies.
