You feel like you got nobody left…
You cry sad tears of memories…
None of it was meant to be.

Tugging at thoughts and emotions…
Inside is a horrible feeling…
Off to the side are secrets hidden…
A lot more can be unforgiving.

One piece missing from your arms…
Her beautiful body wrapped around yours…
Trusted lover, angelic friend…
Why god? Why?
Did our love end?

Your world painted – slightly gray…
Later on this heart-break will fade…
Another sigh wasted tonight…
You fight with frustration in its wake.

You gave your heart for her to love…
In re-turn she tore it up…
Minuets pass feeling like forever…
Tonight you will recover.

Tonight your heart is a mess…
You feel like you got nobody left…
You cry sad tears of memories…
None of it was meant to be.
