It doesn't matter anymore,
It's the ending.

It's the answering machine when I call my best friend's number
After a day of forced smiles
And a night filled with tears.

It doesn't matter anymore,
Because he...
He turned away when I needed it to be the

Beginning.

"Hi, we're not here right now."
I guess you never were.

Where's the beginning?
