There was a cat called Jezebel
The fairy's they knew her so well
She wandered round her head held high
Meow! Meow! her noisy cry
Her owner was a witch called Belle
About to cast an evil spell
She beat the cat and fed her gruel
She was so very, very cruel
But no-one knew the cat could talk
She conversed long with her friend, hawk
She told him of the witches plot
To root the fairy's to the spot
The hawk flew to the castle gate
Where fairy king was sleeping late
"Wake up, wake up, he shrieked his call
Or else you won't get up at all"
"What's this, What's this, the tale you tell
About that dreadful witch called Belle
She's picked the wrong one,wait and see
She should never mess with me
He got his wand and waved it high
He muttered words started to fly
The witch was near, she stood no chance
As Fairy king began to dance
So, now you will become a mouse
You'd better hide inside the house
Jezebel awaits you see
And she'll be home in time for tea
