And i didn't like what I saw,
So I turned form him,
And just sat in awe.

His eyes told a story,
A story that I didn't want to hear,
And what I saw in his eyes,
Was my worst fear.

I knew it all along,
I just didn't want to believe,
Because then I'd know,
That soon he'd have to leave.

He'd have to leave everything,
Including me behind,
And I don't want him too,
Because I want him to be all mine.

But I know he can't be,
No matter how hard I try,
So I'll have to set him free,
Free...so he can fly. [comments] => 7 [counter] => 195 [topic] => 48 [informant] => misunderstood_gurl [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => EmotionalPoetry )
