I knew it all along,
I just didn't want to believe,
Because then I'd know,
That soon he'd have to leave.

He'd have to leave everything,
Including me behind,
And I don't want him too,
Because I want him to be all mine.

But I know he can't be,
No matter how hard I try,
So I'll have to set him free,

I looked into his eyes,
And i didn't like what I saw,

You have given this person great luv 'cause u set him free to fly. No one in my opinon cauld give greater luv than u have in this write.

yes i agree letting go of sumone u love is the hardest thing a person can go through....im sorry about u needing to let go....beautiful poem though...
